development of this project has involved the input of hundreds
of users and programmers worldwide that have participated in
this ongoing improvement and creation of OpenOffice.
Programmed in XML, OpenOffice is designed to work across
multiple operating systems and platforms, as well as work with
multiple file types (including Microsoft Office 97, 2000, and
XP) making it truly the most compatible Office Suite in the
world. Although
OpenOffice is an Open Source project, this CD was created by
